Base Rates (including GST):

• 1 Bedroom: $657

• 2 Bedrooms: $757

• 3 Bedrooms: $857

• 4 Bedrooms: $957

• 5 Bedrooms: $1057

• 6+ Bedrooms: $1057 + $100 per additional bedroom

Additional Costs:

1. Storeys: $100 for each storey above the first

2. Bathrooms:
   1-2 bedrooms: $40 for each bathroom above 1
   3+ bedrooms: $40 for each bathroom above 2

3. Living Areas: $30 for each area above 1

4. Kitchens: $30 for each kitchen above 1

5. Laundries: $20 for each laundry above 1

6. Hallways: $20 for each hallway above 1

7. Dining Rooms: $30 for each dining room above 1

8. Toilets:
   1-2 bedrooms: $10 for each toilet above 1
   3 bedrooms: $10 for each toilet above 2
   4+ bedrooms: $10 for each toilet above 3

9. Entrance Foyers: $15 for each foyer

10. Stair Flights: $40 per flight

11. Studies: $25 per study

12. Pets: $30 per pet

13. Ovens: $80 for each oven above 1

14. Range Hoods: $80 for each range hood above 1

15. Garages: $50 for the first garage, $30 for each additional

16. Glass Balustrades: $20 per balustrade

17. Blind Sets: $15 per set

18. Fans: $5 per fan

Square Meter Adjustment:
$0.50 per square meter for area over 100 sqm

Cleanliness Adjustment:
$50 reduction for each level of cleanliness above "Requires Much Attention"

Age of Premise:
No direct cost impact, but useful for cleaners to prepare appropriate cleaning methods and products
