Q. Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?

While the choice is entirely yours, for increased safety and more efficient cleaning, we recommend customers to be either away or minimally present during the cleaning process.

Q. How is the cleaning service quoted?

We aim to schedule a convenient time to meet with you and conduct an on-site consultation, this is so we can assess the specifics of your cleaning request & provide you with the most accurate & competitive quote.

Q. What happens if there is damage during the cleaning?

We take every precaution to avoid accidents, we understand that mishaps can occur. In the rare event of damage, please inform us within 4 hours, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Q. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, we are fully insured for glass & service cover under the terms & condition of our Australian public liability provider

Q. What is your payment process & terms

Payment Terms: Security deposit & full payment due before service commencement.

Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards (Stripe) EFT Bank transfer, and direct debit. (Transaction fees may apply)

Q. What are the guarantees of the bond clean?

The guarantees of the bond clean depend on the package you choose. Our Full Service Guarantee package includes a guarantee that our cleaning service will return to address any issues found during the final inspection at no extra cost, ensuring compliance with landlord or agent requirements. The Budget Package, however, does not include a guarantee for return visits but offers essential cleaning services at a more affordable rate.

Q.What should I do to prepare for bond cleaning?
